Nanny Needed For My Children In Medina

I have 4 young children that are happy, intelligent, and energetic. I am looking for a caregiver that is kind, patient, and enthusiastic. My children play outside (in the backyard of my residence or local parks) and inside (reading books, arts and crafts, card games, board games, some TV/tablet time, toys, or at other indoor play places). There are no mandatory functions outside of school, naps for the youngest, light cleanup, and meals. I want to start off with 3 days per week but that could expand depending on the dynamic between you and my children. I have a hybrid work schedule and, if home, work in the basement office and occasionally check in. I am open to creative approaches/suggestions from considerate, insightful people who come to understand my children and their individual interests. Thanks, Steve
