The Nanny Connection, a local child care agency, is assisting an active family of four seeking a long-term nanny to care for their infant and toddler while Mom works from home. They value a self-starter who can engage the children in play and educational activities without screen time, fostering creativity and learning while maintaining a daily routine. Outdoor adventures are a priority, and they love visiting local parks, the library, etc. The ideal candidate will not only provide nurturing care but also actively support the family's lifestyle and interests. Child(ren): 2 yr old and 3 mo old at job start Desired experience/qualities: Seeking a dependable, highly engaging nanny with experience caring for infants and toddlers who recognizes the importance of facilitating activities to promote development. Nanny must be professional, energetic and love caring for children. Responsibilities: All aspects of child care including bottle/meal prep, facilitating routine, indoor and outdoor developmental activities, etc. Household responsibilities include bottle/meal clean up, children's laundry, light pick up throughout the day, etc. Other adult in the home: Mom works from home Pets: 1 dog Start date: early January Schedule: Monday - Friday 9a-5p. Offered rate: $23-$25/hr before taxes. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with 2 weeks PTO and paid major holidays.
