The Nanny Connection, a local childcare agency, is assisting a lovely family in finding a nanny. Please see description below: Children: 7 yr old and 3 yr old Desired experience/qualities: Seeking an active, nurturing nanny with positive energy and self-motivation. Also, confident and passionate about working with children and being an integral part of their growth and development! A strong sense of developmental milestones will be important. Nanny is to work as a team with the family to plan and implement educational and engaging activities carried out through creative and educational play to enhance the child's home preschool experience. Family requires the nanny to be up to date on all vaccines including T-dap, Flu and Covid. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include all aspects of childcare including light housekeeping and laundry as it pertains to the children. Also responsible for implementing routine, developmentally appropriate activities. Other adult in the home: Parents (for lunch hour) Pets: Two cats Start date: early to mid-May Schedule: Mon-Thurs 6:30am-4 p.m. with 1 hour unpaid lunch and Fridays 6:30 am-12 p.m. Offered rate: $22-$24/hr before taxes. Guaranteed 40 hrs/wk, 10 days paid vacation of nanny's choosing, as well as one paid week off between Christmas/New Years with additional paid major holidays.
