Part Time Care For 9month Baby

I have a 9-month-old baby and looking for part time care. He is a breastfed baby and only want a sitter to focus on him! I have a flexible job and work 5 minutes away and could be home quickly. The morning time frame, he usually is sleeping and just needs his diaper changed when he gets up. I don't expect cleaning or any other services! My husband is starting a new job and we aren't sure exactly whether start date will be! We are thinking it would be anytime between now and a month where we would need care! Occasionally my 8-year-old daughter would be here. I would keep the rate at $20 per hour.
