Seeking Experienced Nanny For 3

Seeking an experienced nanny to provide in-home childcare for our 2 (soon to be 3) kiddos. We currently have a 2 YO and 5 MO, and are expecting our third in October. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has managed multiple young toddlers/infants before, and hopefully someone to be with our family longer term. Between my husband and I, we have 5 months of parental leave. So, one of us will always be home with babe #3 until ~March 2026 at the earliest. My husband works from home, but has a dedicated office space and we are in the process of renovating our basement for a dedicated space for the kids during the day. Must be CPR certified with routine recertification. Though dog care is not required, we have two (sweet natured) full-sized doodles, so will need to be comfortable around dogs.
