We're looking for a kind, caring and compassionate caregiver to watch our daughter at our home 1-2 days per week. I work from home 98% of the time, so I will be here to offer guidance and support, as needed. I work M-F from 8a-5p, but I can generally take lunch any time to offer a break for the caregiver. Our daughter is currently 6. 5 months old. She is very curious, cheerful and cuddly. Our ideal caregiver will play with her, give her naps, feed her with our schedule, and change her as needed. We're introducing solids but she still mostly has bottles, which we prepare ahead of time. As we incorporate more food, we will need our caregiver to feed her during the day. She typically doesn't nap well independently (though we're trying to get her to nap in her crib), so having someone who is comfortable holding her for naps would be helpful.
