Full Time Nanny Needed For Our Son

We are looking for a full-time nanny for our son in Lakewood. We are seeking someone who is kind, caring, and ideally has experience/references. My husband and I both work from home (on a separate floor of the house) and we also have 2 kind cats! We are tidy people and would like this quality in a nanny. But most importantly, we want someone who will treat our son with care and not be on their phones while he plays or ignore his needs. We value emotional intelligence and a calming presence. We currently have a temporary nanny from May-July but if you need to start during those months, we can let her know as she is flexible and understands if we find a full-time nanny that would need to start asap. The contract will be until he starts daycare at 3 years old so it would be a 2. 5 year commitment. Thank you!
