Nanny Needed For A 2yo Boy. Must Have Flexible Hours Available, Including Nights.

I am a single physician mom looking for a nanny for my 2yo son. I work a variable schedule, including some evenings, nights and weekends. Would guarantee an average of 40 hours/week but will need flexibility of schedule from week to week as my schedule is never quite the same. Childcare-related chores (food prep, toy clean up, child laundry) would be expected.
