Seeking Nanny For 10mo Old Daughter In Lakewood

We are looking for reliable reoccurring care for our 10-month-old daughter. She's very sweet and social. Our ideal match would be available Tues/Wed/Thurs 9-4 p.m. Requesting that nanny's applying be non-smoker, and ok with 1 friendly dog. My husband and I both work from home (mostly). We do have a converted attic we've dedicated to our playroom. This is ideal for nanny's who prefer in-home care. But we are also flexible if you have a current gig that is open to a nanny share - we are willing to drive in Lakewood, Rocky River or Bay since this is part of our commute.
