Daily Care Needed For 2 Kids In Kent.

We are looking for a great nanny for our two sons (A age 3. 5 and W. 18 months). I work from home and love being around my sons throughout my workday and would prefer to not have to utilize a daycare for childcare. Ideally we'd like someone with skills/background to continue the fundamental learning skills A. was learning in daycare.(letters/numbers/colors/counting/etc). Daily routine would be playing (outside/inside/singing/crafts), reading, assisting with meals/nap time for both kids. Ideally, while the kids nap we'd like help with picking up toys, washing dishes, folding laundry, etc. Our jobs are somewhat flexible so, the times/days can somewhat be adjusted to fit class schedules or other obligations. A. will be starting preschool 2-3 days in January as well.
