Hi there! Were a family of 4 with a 3 and a 5-year-old + a kitty. Main expectations: * Kids are listened to and treated in a loving and respectful manner * Kids are engaged/entertained * Kids are clean/have clean clothes * Kids are offered snacks on schedule * House is tidy EOD (toys, kids snack and lunch items, etc.) Schedule: 12:30 - 5 p.m. daily. The oldest will only be home about one hour a day after school.
