See description for details Description: Loving parents located in Hinckley, OH are seeking a Newborn Care Specialist for their adorable newborn twins. Candidate needed May 2025. Mom and Dad are in search of a patient, confident, and calm newborn care specialist who possesses a high level of intelligence and expertise in baby care and experience working with infant twins. The ideal candidate will be mature and reliable, have outstanding communication and organizational skills, and exhibit an adaptable, steady, and calm demeanor. This individual's responsibilities will include all infant-related tasks including providing reliable care, providing guidance around developmental milestones, preparing and sterilizing bottles, doing baby laundry, keeping the nursery clean and organized, keeping a journal of the baby's eating, sleeping, and diapering habits, and establishing healthy routines for sleep and feeding. With English Bulldog in the mix, being pet-friendly is a must. Qualifications Certified NCS or extensive experience with newborns 3 years of professional childcare experience (as a newborn care specialist) Experience working with infant twins Professional and practical experience in all facets of caring for newborns, including but not limited to preparing, cleaning, and sanitizing bottles, feeding, bathing, dressing, and changing diapers Experience and knowledge with sleep training, setting up routines, taking a daily journal log, feeding routines, and developmental milestones High school diploma Ability to pass a background check At least 21 years of age Authorized to work in the U.S. Pet-friendly is a must Schedule Candidates can choose between an 8-week assignment, working 11-hour shifts 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday, between 7 pm and 6 am OR a 6-week assignment, working 11-hour shifts 5 days per week, Monday to Friday between 7 pm and 6 am.
