We are currently expecting to have our newborn at the end of December and once my time off is up Ill be returning to work. We will need assistance that'll take place in our home. Our schedule does vary but will provide weekly schedules as ahead as possible with days off varying. There will be days where we may get home sooner and you'll be able to take the rest of the day off. We have two daughter that get home at 4:30 that will not be needing child care but they'll be great help to you if needed !(:
