Compensation: $20/hour (with potential for increase depending on funding). Hours: Flexible, part-time now with 25-30 hours/week in the summer. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our family's rehabilitation team to support recovery from a major pediatric surgery. This role is ideal for someone with a background in OT/PT/respite care, or a related field who is looking for flexible hours and a meaningful opportunity to assist in a childs recovery. Responsibilities include providing therapy-focused and general care, assisting with at-home exercises, and offering flexible support during evenings, weekends, and school breaks. Summer hours may expand to 25-30 hours per week, depending on the childs progress. Collaboration with the family and medical team is essential. Please share your availability & relevant experience.
