I really just need someone to watch my kids when the daycare is closed and on occasional weekends when I have to work. My shift is usually 7:30 to 5. My kids are pretty easy going. My girls have tablets and books and toys and are very self sufficient but love company. My son is the baby and he loves watching ms Rachel and eating.
