I work 8am-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. my fiancé works 3:30pm-2 a.m. Monday-Thursday sometimes Fridays. He needs 2 days for someone to watch our son from 7ish in the morning to 5 p.m. all day and the other days sometimes we need someone to watch him from about 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. I get off at 4:30 p.m. soo I would pick him up around 5pm
