Were wanting to find a qualified and experienced baby sitter for our 1-year-old daughter. Wed like someone with experience with babies who are on routines/schedules and putting them down for bed at night. Wed ideally like a babysitter to watch our daughter so my husband and I can go on more regular date nights. Our daughter is a very happy baby who loves to explore and play. She thrives in her schedule.
