Date Night Babysitter

I have three boys, 7, 5, and 4. I'm looking for someone to hire for the occasional date night. Ideally, If we found the right person I would love to have them scheduled out in advanced (for example every other Friday). My middle son is on the spectrum. He's verbal and is generally not much more care than any other young kid. I would love someone with some experience with autistic kids though, just because we have certain techniques and he has quirks that I wouldn't want anyone to be unprepared for. After a meeting to make sure everyone's comfortable with each other, we'd like to have the start time be after the kids bedtime. At least at first just because all three of my boys have the habit of fighting bedtime. We also have two very friendly dogs! (A lab and golden retriever) just incase anyone has allergies or doesn't prefer dogs!
