Nanny Needed For My Children In Dayton.

My son is 15 turning 16 months soon and I'm basically looking for a sitter that can be with him to care for him while me and my wife are at work. To tend to his basic needs of feeding him, changing his diapers, maybe take him out for occasional walks, put him down for his nap times, play with him. He usually gets up around 7 or 8 a.m. and is amped up and ready to eat breakfast and likes to run around and play until his first nap which can range from anywhere from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. then naps for about 1hr - 2 hrs and wakes up needs a diaper change and will be ready to play again shortly after. Will take a light snack after depending on need at the moment. Would like to have him out to play or go window shopping for a bit but is better behaved at parks where as he demands his independence to walk. And goes down for nap 2 around 3:30-4:30.
