We are looking for a great nanny for my children in Dayton, with a flexible schedule. We would prefer a nanny who has a license & proof of insurance in case of needing to pick up from school, our car would be most ideal to drive since we have 4 car seats! Afternoons with the kids would be pretty laid back, 2 of the 4 would be napping. 4 hours at most a day, before & after my shift.
