About the job
Our 3. 5-year-old has a developmental delay of approx 1 year & is closer to 2. 5. There are weekly speech & OT appointments in the AM that we will cover. It will not impact start or end times for care since his sister will still be home. During the school year, he attends preschool & will take the bus to and from class with pickup & drop off at home. He is a sensory seeker & has a tentative autism diagnosis. He will elope (run) & needs structure (hand holding, clear direction, a tasks/purpose). He is love in human form. He enjoys music, Bluey, dancing, & animals. He is potty training. Our 1. 5-year-old is neuro typical but just experienced a traumatic hand injury. It should be mostly healed by the time care starts. She may have PT sessions weekly that we will cover. She is absolute sunshine. She loves Bluey, purses, dancing, and Disney.
