Recurring Babysitter For Some Early Mornings, Some Evenings, And Some Overnights

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 1 child. We do have dogs, so please consider that when applying. I am an ER doctor and my schedule will constantly vary. When I'm on 1st shift, I need someone here from 6:15am-8 a.m. to get him on the bus. When I'm on 2nd shift, I need someone to pick him up from his after school program by 6pm, take him home and feed him dinner/do bedtime, and stay until midnight or so. Overnights won't start until September and I don't have that schedule yet. We also have two dogs that need to be taken out to potty every couple hours. I can make dinners if you can feed him.
