1. General Expectations Prioritize babys safety, well-being, and happiness at all times. Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the day. Work collaboratively with my daughtershe will assist with the baby when needed. Respect the home, clean up after activities, meals, and any messes. 2. Baby Care Responsibilities Feeding Ensure baby is fed on time (meals/snacks will be prepped in advance). Keep feeding area clean, wash and sanitize bottles/dishes if used. Naps Follow babys nap schedule (Ill provide this). Create a calm and quiet environment for naps. Diaper Changes Check and change diapers regularly (as needed and after naps/feedings).
