I'll be working weekends and in need of someone to help get my kids ready for school in the morning and put them on the bus also get them off the bus and perhaps feed them lunch and dinner and get them ready for bed until I get home. I'll be working 12 hours shifts but my hours vary depending on the volume at work. My oldest is autistic and my middle one has epilepsy episodes. My youngest is fine. I'll have a detail schedule of everything beforehand so there's no confusion. Some days I may get off work early but I'll definitely communicate as much as possible.
