About the job
We're two work-from-home parents looking for part time help with our 2. 5-year-old, L. Mom & Dad each have dedicated in-home office space, away from main living area. L needs an attentive caregiver for 3-4 hrs a day, 3 days/wk. Responsibilities include giving snacks, playing/reading, changing diapers/helping to the potty & maybe a few dance parties! Weather permitting, we also have a small playground in our apartment complex that is easily accessible. L is adventurous & funny. She loves to read, climb, build, & learn. We have a large collection of books, blocks/magna-tiles, & art supplies. Screen time is limited, but we aren't opposed to the occasional Ms. Rachel video. We practice conscious/gentle parenting & prioritize emotional intelligence & regulation. We're looking for someone who has patience, empathy, and a good sense of humor.
