Nanny Needed For My 6-Month-Old Baby

We have an almost 6-month-old and are looking for a part time nanny to watch her while we work. The days and times are somewhat flexible but perhaps between 11-5 on Tuesday and from 11-4 on Monday and Thursday. If needed, we could switch Monday with Wednesday but could really use Tuesday and Thursday help especially. I work from home so can breastfeed when bottles aren't available. We would love for the nanny to help provide engaging activities as well as make sure she gets her naps in. Currently she loves being read to, playing on her play mat and going for walks. While she is napping it would great if the nanny can do light housework (dishes, organizing the nursery, laundry and bottle/pump parts sterilizing). We have a dog, but we keep the baby and pup separate to be cautious. However, the nanny should be comfortable around large dogs.
