My husband and I are expecting our first child the first week of January 2025. We are looking for a flexible in-home daycare option for after our maternity leave period ends. My husband is a firefighter and works every third day (24hr on, 48hr off). I am an Athletic Trainer working in a physician practice, M-F 8a-5p. We are seeking part-time with flexibility as the days we need care change weekly with my husband's work schedule (which we know for the full year). There are times we may need full-time care on as needed basis for schedule changes communicated well in advance. Ideally, we want to work with someone who has experience with infant care, healthy lifestyle practices (a smoke-free home), and can provide multiple excellent references.
