Nanny Or Mothers Helper Needed In Columbus For Family With A Three Month Old

We are first time parents fresh off parental leave and looking for a nanny or mother's helper to assist in caring for our 3-month-old daughter. My husband and I both work from home and I am still breastfeeding so we will actively be supporting our nanny in daily care. I'd love someone that could help with light cleaning, food prep, etc. when my husband or I jump in to spend time with our daughter during the day. We also have two very loving golden retrievers so we'd need a care taker that is not allergic and also loves animals (not necessary to care for these guys but the occasional scratches and letting them in/out would be appreciated).
