Part Time Nanny Starting January, One Awesome 6yr Old

Hello there, I am starting a search for a part time nanny starting in January. Minimum baseline hours 20 hours a week, after school, 2:45pm-6 p.m. M-F. There are also extra hours that will be available, likely one night a week and 1-2 overnight a month. My son has some light special needs, ADHD (which he's taking med for) and high functioning autism which for him is just periodic emotional dysregulation. Would love to find someone who has some either special needs or early childhood experience. Extension and extra hours possible/likely through summer. Have access to car if needed.
