Looking for a responsible babysitter to watch our 3 kids on an occasional basis. Start with an initial 2hr. intro visit at our home with entire family present. This allows us all to get to know one another, and should everything go well, we will schedule a date/time. Ultimate goal is to develop a strong, trusting relationship where children and babysitter feel comfortable, potentially leading to overnight stays. Responsibilities: -Ensure safety & well-being of kids -Engage in fun & age-appropriate activities -Prepare simple meals and snacks -Assist with bedtime routines -Light housekeeping (tidying up after playtime or meals) Pay: -Day/Evening: 8AM-10 p.m. @ $25/hr -Overnight: 10PM-8 a.m. @ $150 flat rate Qualifications: -Previous babysitting experience, preferably with multiple children -Excellent references from previous families
