Our little one is now 2 months old and we have put off trying to find a nanny long enough. Right now I only need someone on Wednesday's, but assuming the transition goes well I would like to go back to work more after the first of the year. We are looking for a nanny who can become a part of our family, as we do wish to grow our family in the future. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, does not smoke, is comfortable with pets and is CPR certified.
