About the job
I will be starting a new role and will need safe, reliable, affordable long-term care for my 6 y. o. son. He is smart, creative, and inquisitive; initially shy but charming. He would require pick up from daycare in the evening and can be sat with in our home. He is pretty self-sufficient but would need meals prepared, supervision, and the comfort of a trusted adult. We live in a safe neighborhood (with stores, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. in the vicinity) and have no pets. The days may vary each week, but the hours would be about 5:30-9:00pm, 3-4 days weekly. There may be opportunities for additional pay (including weekends, extended hours, and/or overnight sitting). Pay may be negotiated as needed. It is unlikely that you will have to work the holidays.
