About the job
We have an active 2-year-old girl. Looking for someone who will be able to keep up with her fun loving, adventurous and silly temperament. Her ideal day involves lots of running around our house, reading, coloring, climbing, outside time and of course many snacks. We also have a dog who would need to go out once or twice during the day. I usually leave around 930 a.m. and my husband gets home around 530. She does still nap for a couple of hours a day. Our parenting style is focused on setting boundaries while giving her freedom to explore and learn her body. We don't want to crush her adventurous spirit, so our most frequently used phrase is "does that feel safe to you?" Looking forward to meeting you!
