Nanny Needed For My Children In Cleveland.

My husband and I both work from home, but we need reliable childcare for our 3-month-old for when I go back to work in April. Care includes feeding every three hours, diaper change, tummy time activities, washing bottles, reading books, going down for naps, etc. Right now we are on a 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7 p.m. 10 p.m. feeding schedule and he has been doing really well with it! As long as he is able to eat within an hour of those windows (ex: between 7am-8am) he seems to be totally fine. We also have two senior dogs, both super friendly and will likely want some pets every now and then. Otherwise they will be asleep on the couch or in bed upstairs. We don't really need meal prepping, but straightening up after feedings/activities is appreciated.
