Nanny For 1 Boy

I'm a dad with out the village of help so I work full time Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:00/3:00 p.m. I have 50/50 custody with a schedule of week on week off with my son so as of right now it's only 2 weeks out of the month. But with in 2 months will be needing full time on the weeks that my son will not be there I'm looking for help with the house because I work 6-7 days a week. Willing to pay up to $22 an hour full time position. My son is 3 years old and attends speech therapy on Wednesdays so he does need extra attention on his speech practice. He loves anything to do with construction equipment and cars mainly! But also loves arts and crafts, going on walks, playing at the park and much more. He is a great child %99 of the time(kids will be kids)
