Nanny For A 4 Month Old

I'm a new mom who works from home, and coming off maternity leave end of April. I am looking for someone to come watch our baby who will be 4 months in our home. We have a dog and a cat who are very friendly and will want to be your best friend. I will be breastfeeding still, so really just looking for someone to hang out and play with the baby while I take calls for work. During down time additional help with meal prepping and light house cleaning would be helpful - dishes, laundry, etc. We are a very laid back household, looking for someone who fits our vibe and is dependable and trustworthy with our newest love. Looking for someone who would be able to work throughout the summer, and if it's a fit be a long term part of our family.
