Family Assistant, Domestic Help Needed For Teen And Tween

Hello! I am looking for a proactive and responsible and experienced and affable person --with good interpersonal skills, strong references working with kids, great work ethic and flexible --to work as both an afterschool nanny and family assistant. My children are great - 11 years old daughter and 14 years old son. I am a single mother needing help managing the house and home on a busy schedule. I have a bit of an unconventional work schedule, generally working one week straight and then every other week work from home or out doing other meetings. 2 weeks of the month would be M- F afterschool help every other week 2: 45 pm- 6:15 pm, (17-18 hours), receiving my 11-year-old. Making dinner those nights. Pick up son 6 p.m. Off weeks, flexible time - 10-15 hrs/ week home care, meal prep, shopping and errands. References needed. Thanks!
