Part-time Nanny For 2 Year Old On Weekday Afternoons

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate part-time nanny (20 hours per week) to care for our 2-year-old daughter in the Gordon Square neighborhood. Our family values gentle parenting and tries to follow Montessori principles. My husband and I work from home on West Coast hours, so we need someone in the afternoons Monday-Friday. Tasks include preparing snacks, organizing fun and enriching activities (like arts and crafts, reading, walks to the park, outdoor play), light house keeping, and diaper changes/help with potty training. We hope to find someone who has: * Prior professional childcare experience with young toddlers (with references). * Familiarity with Montessori and gentle parenting principles. * Early childhood education is a plus. * CPR and First Aid certification for children. * * Reliable, kind and patient.
