This role focuses on enriching his afternoons after preschool by implementing thoughtfully planned activities inspired by Charlotte Mason (literature-rich, nature-driven), Waldorf (creativity & hands-on learning), & Unit Studies (interdisciplinary exploration). We provide resources & lesson plans, with room for collaboration over time. Responsibilities include supporting C 's emotional growth with gentle guidance, helping him transition between activities, facilitating nature-based exploration & encouraging imaginative play, storytelling, art, & building projects, and fostering curiosity & patience in a consistent, nurturing environment.
