ISO Nanny For 7 Month Old Boy!!

Hello we are looking for a nanny that can help us out with our 7-month-old son. Mom works from home so she will be here everyday to assist with anything that arises. We are looking for 20-25 hours a week. The times are flexible depending on what time Mom has meetings. We would like someone that is also open to babysitting on weekends for date nights. When he is napping we would like someone who is willing to help clean (dishes, fold laundry etc) We are looking to have starting pay at $15/hour with a potential of a pay increase after we get established and how well the person does with our son.
