Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Cleveland.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Cleveland. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets as I do have a small dog. My schedule right now is a bit different so care will be consistent but varying on days. I would like someone who wants to come in early and stay late some days. There is more we can discuss about availability but I do work 6 days a week right now so I will need someone who doesnt mind the extra hours.
