Seeking Part Time Morning Nanny

Looking for regular morning babysitter to help our family who is patient, responsible and reliable. We have two cute, lovable but very active little boys, one who goes to kindergarten and a 2 yo who is at home. Responsibilities will include feeding our toddler, diaper changes and potty training help when the time comes, cleaning up after meals and play time, keeping children's things organized, keeping children's play spaces tidy, minding/caring for children when parents are unavailable, encouraging independent/self regulatory behaviors, and engaging children in developmental activities and positive interactions that help them grow socially, mentally and emotionally. Occasionally it is useful to have help with our two elderly dogs also. It is important and imperative that the person be capable and willing to either (a) clean up after a child while they are watching them, or (b) if necessary, stay later than scheduled to put away and reorganize any messes made under their watch. Even better if the person can encourage children to have self responsibility and participate in cleaning up after themselves, but this is sometimes understandably difficult with toddlers.
