We need some help taking care of our 3-year-old and 11-month-old for just 3 weeks, i. e. until our regular child caregiver can return to work. There is some uncertainty on that time-frame, but we are doing our best to guess how much we will need someone else. A couple of notes: comfort with cloth diapers a a plus, must be able to carry the 11-month-old up and down stairs for naps and changes, and must be willing to have taxes withheld and have this treated as a W-2 position.
