Nanny Needed For My 2 Month Old

My wife and I are returning to work after having our first baby in August. We are looking for someone that feels like part of the family because it is so difficult to leave her!! She is the easiest, greatest baby in the world and we wish we could be home with her. My job is very flexible in the sense that days may very week to week of often you're needed, as well as times. There may be days I can work from home and/or days I can leave work early. I am working from home in November and December and am hoping to meet someone who can start with one day a week while we get more familiar with each other. Then come 2025, starting working more days/hours
