Nanny Position For 12 Week Old Newborn

My husband and I are looking for care for our newborn son starting in January 2025. Our son will be 12 weeks old at the start of the position. We are looking for a CPR trained, responsible and experienced caregiver for our baby. We live in Ohio City and need someone ok with caring for our child as well as our corgi pup. Our schedule would roughly be 40 hours/week, most weeks 4 days, sometimes 5 days in the week.
