Dad with partial custody of 3 kids (boys 10, 7 & girl 5) seeks general support for afterschool and early evening hours when they all have individual homework, dietary, general needs. This may include sporadic evenings with all three kids but will usually mean structuring activity for one while Dad attends to the others or vis versa. And also engaging kids while Dad attends to dinner, ideally vis versa on that sometimes too. Sometimes it will mean staying with one while Dad runs to activities with another. Job will likely net out to around 20 hours per week, though more is possible depending on distance and qualifications. Job will likely involve some weekend hours, probably Saturday. Some before school hours are possible but non-essential.
