About the job
The boys are fairly nonverbal except varied words (colors, shapes) or ABCs. They have a hard time communicating wants/needs when frustrated or happy. We both work full time opposite schedules. We're looking for someone who can let themselves in, handle breakfast, snacks, sippys, as well as an early lunch while providing companionship and engagement for the boys while moms at work and dads resting after working overnight. If you arrive and the boys are asleep, chill and keep an ear out when they wake up. Little to no interaction should occur with dad as he'll desperately be trying to sleep. As Dad is home during the scheduled childcare it may be helpful to take the boys from the home in the early am hours. If trips outside of the home are often car seats for the boys can be installed into your car and left installed for use with the boys trips.
