I am a part of a nanny share that includes my son, H who is 19 months, L(another members family) who is 5 months, and E (another members family who is 6 years old). Currently, the older child only needs care when school is out, but the other 2 need care consistently from 8:30-4:30. All family's discuss together terms for the nanny including sick time, PTO, and days off following the school calendar. Our family's have been together for awhile and all communicate as a team.
