Daytime Helper + Date Night Sitter To 8 Month Old

Hi! We have a baby and are new in the area and are looking for a reliable sitter. I'm looking for someone who can become a regular fixture for our home, but with varying hours depending on weekly needs- but look to have at minimum ~1 babysitting session every couple of weeks (to weekly). At first I would want to do during the day when I am around so I can get to know you/get some chores done while you take care of the baby, and then transition to evenings to cover date nights. Looking for someone who will be very communicative- this is my first time leaving baby with someone who isn't family so I'm nervous! Household has two very large dogs and three cats, so must be comfortable with animals. We are no-screens around baby so would need someone willing to be engaged while here (if he's awake). Thank you!
