About the job
My husband and I are looking for a reliable, experienced caregiver for our 19-month-old son and 3-month-old daughter. I work from home M-F, roughly 8-5, and he is a fireman who works a 24/48 schedule, so our needed days rotate each week. We also have an 11-year-old rescue dog (lab mix), Frank. An ideal candidate can work with this schedule and expect to work 2-3 days each week, caring for the kids and performing light household duties (dishes, preparing food for kids, laundry for kids, etc.). We are an active, outdoorsy family who values play and problem-solving. Pay starts at $22/hr and is negotiable, based on resume. Start/end time is also negotiable (I can discuss with my boss a need for flex hours).
